Since unplanned theory elicits anxiety and stress in staff, good leaders and managers are vital in driving the workforce through this change through effective communication and coordination. One change theory that can be applied in applied in making changes is the Lewins Force-Field theory which is categorized by unfreezing, moving and refreezing. The unfreezing phase entails identification of required change and the factors which accelerate change and those which undermining change. The restraining factors are reduced while the driving factors are enforced. The moving phases ensure by initialization of the required changes, and lastly, the refreezing changes is the implementation change and making situation norm. The theory is instrumental in planned change.FeelingsPersonally, I like to be a change agents so that I can mobilize people complaints and suggest a positive way of moving forward. I find it useful to try and explain to people the benefits of changes to them and the entire unit. Through explaining to them calmly and I a relatable manner change is adopted but with little resistance from some members.EvaluationAs a change agent am a good listener. I ensure that I listen to every claim of an individual and try to pool them together in one solution where position.
